The wife of the Lagos State Governor, Dr. Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, has called on residents to make daily sanitation a regular habit as part of efforts to promote a cleaner and healthier environment.
She stressed that proper waste disposal and good environmental hygiene are essential to preventing flooding, reducing disease outbreaks, and improving public health across the state.
Dr. Sanwo-Olu urged residents to avoid indiscriminate dumping of refuse, clear drainage channels, and actively support government initiatives aimed at keeping Lagos clean.
According to her, adopting daily sanitation practices will help create a safer, healthier, and more sustainable environment for all Lagos residents.
