Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani has received an Award of Excellence at the National Seminar of Fityanul Islam of Nigeria held at the newly commissioned Muhammadu Buhari Hall in Kaduna.
The seminar brought together more than 2,000 members of the organisation’s First Aid Group from across Nigeria for training in administration, first-aid response, discipline, dress code and specialised sessions conducted by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) and the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC).
Sani said the programme represents an important investment in civic responsibility by equipping citizens with practical skills to respond effectively during emergencies and support their communities.
The governor said he was humbled by the award, which recognised his administration’s efforts in security and public safety, responsible leadership and support for humanitarian causes. He accepted the honour on behalf of the people of Kaduna State.
He reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to strengthening security, promoting peace, supporting vulnerable citizens and investing in human capital across the state.
