Borno State Governor Babagana Umara Zulum has presented ₦1 million each to 30 graduating students of the Indimi Trust Islamic Centre in Maiduguri who successfully memorised the Holy Qur’an.

The graduates were sponsored by businessman and philanthropist Alhaji Muhammadu Indimi through the Indimi Islamic Trust. The ceremony was held at the Indimi Mosque along the Old Damboa Road in Maiduguri.

Zulum urged Islamic scholars to use their platforms to promote modesty, discipline and values that strengthen society.
