Olusegun Adesokan, executive secretary of the Joint Revenue Board (JRB), says the the more than 50 levy collection items previously administered by state and local governments have been streamlined to nine following the introduction of the tax reforms.
Adesokan spoke during the 160th meeting of the JRB board held in Kaduna on Wednesday, with the theme, “One Year of Tax Reform: Assessing Progress and Addressing Challenges”.
