Speaking at the launch, the First Lady called on women to remain active in promoting the achievements of President Bola Tinubu’s administration, especially in areas affecting families, communities, and national development.
She said women have a major role to play in political mobilisation, civic engagement, and public enlightenment, adding that their voices are important in communicating government programmes to ordinary Nigerians.
The Tinubu Torch Bearers initiative is expected to serve as a platform for supporters of the administration to highlight its policies, achievements, and development plans ahead of future political activities.
The launch also brought together women leaders, stakeholders, and supporters committed to advancing the Renewed Hope Agenda across the country.
Senator Tinubu urged members of the group to remain focused, peaceful, and committed to national unity, while working to strengthen public awareness of the administration’s programmes.
