Residents of communities in the Giwa LGA of Kaduna state say the reconstruction of the Store Bridge along the Marabar Yakawada–Kaya road by Uba Sani, governor of Kaduna, has ended more than two decades of hardship and revived economic activities in the area.
The residents spoke during a media tour of the state government projects, saying the bridge has restored access to markets, healthcare facilities and farmlands that were previously cut off during the rainy season.
