The federal government has relocated the operational headquarters of the National Agency for the Great Green Wall (NAGGW) from Abuja to Kano.
In a statement, Balarabe Lawal, minister of environment, said the move is aimed at improving the agency’s capacity to address desertification, land degradation and climate change impacts across northern Nigeria.
