Benue State is set to host Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, on Tuesday.
The visit is part of the First Lady’s commitment to promoting social welfare, women’s empowerment, healthcare, and education nationwide through the Renewed Hope Initiative.
During her visit, Senator Oluremi Tinubu is expected to commission key projects, including the newly constructed Ishaya Bakut Road, interact with women and youth groups, and support vulnerable members of society through various intervention programmes.
Residents say the First Lady’s presence will draw national attention to developmental initiatives and humanitarian concerns within the state.
Security agencies and relevant government ministries are also working closely to ensure adequate arrangements for the visit.
