Works Minister David Umahi has dispelled speculations that resources may not be available for the completion of the four legacy projects being executed by the current administration.
In a statement, the Minister explains that the 30 percent counterpart funds required for the projects have been fully paid.
Providing update on the level of work done so far, the Minister further adds that work has reached an appreciable level on the four-legacy projects assuring that necessary financial arrangements have been made
The Minister also reveals plans on the Saba – Benin road which is under concessions.
On the NNPC tax credit projects inherited by the current administration, the Minister urges contractors to return to site or face action from the Federal government.
While assuring that president Tinubu will win substantially in the South East zone, he cautions politicians to base their political campaigns on issues not malicious campaigns.
