The Obidient Lawyers Forum, a support group for Peter Obi, presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), says it has instituted a suit at the federal high court in Abuja, seeking adequate security for its principal.
Okere Nnamdi, a lawyer and member of the group who filed the suit marked FHC/ABJ/CS/1648/2026, alleged that the former governor of Anambra is facing security threats from the current administration following his performance in the 2023 presidential election.
