An All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain has said the recent Supreme Court judgment affirming Governor Biodun Oyebanji’s candidacy presents a fresh opportunity to consolidate development efforts in Ekiti State.
The party stalwart described the ruling as a significant legal victory, saying it provides the governor with renewed confidence to focus on delivering his administration’s development agenda without political distractions.
According to the APC chieftain, the judgment reinforces the legitimacy of Oyebanji’s mandate and creates a conducive environment for the government to pursue policies aimed at improving infrastructure, economic growth, education, healthcare, and the welfare of residents.
He also urged political stakeholders and the people of Ekiti State to put aside their differences and support the governor in the interest of the state’s continued progress.
