Julius Maada Bio, president of Sierra Leone and immediate past chair of the ECOWAS Authority of heads of state and government, and Tony Elumelu, chairman of Heirs Holdings, have called on West African private sector to move from promises of regional integration to its delivery.
According to a statement on Thursday, the delivery will require mobilising capital, building competitive industries, creating jobs and transforming the region’s economic potential into shared prosperity.
