The Skyview Property, a Lagos-based real estate company, says it is the legal owner of the property at Plot 77, Lekki Phase 1 in Lagos state, following the judgement of the state high court.
In a statement signed on behalf of the company by Daniel Itua, the firm dismissed reports that the property belongs to Akeem Osuolale Ogunseye, with the certificate of occupancy (CofO) issued in the name of Samuel Alao Ajibode.
The comany said it legally acquired the property in 2008 from a previous owner who had purchased it from Ajibode, the original owner.
