The Nigeria Police Force (NPF) says its operatives arrested 173 suspects for banditry, kidnapping, armed robbery, and murder across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) in one week.
According to the police weekly situation report seen by TheCable, the arrests were made between June 8 and June 14, 2026.
