Ebonyi State Governor, Francis Nwifuru, has urged the International Fund for Agricultural Development to extend its Value Chain Development Programme to all local government areas in the state to accelerate rural transformation and boost agricultural productivity.
The governor also pledged to consolidate and scale up the programme to address the agricultural and agro-allied needs of the people.
Nwifuru made the commitment on Thursday when he received the IFAD team, led by its Country Director, Mohammed El-Ghazaly, at his office in Ochudo Centenary City, Abakaliki
