Muhammad Hassan, a member of the house of representatives, is dead.
Akin Rotimi, spokesperson of the lower legislative chamber, announced Hassan’s passing in a statement on Saturday.
Rotimi said Hassan, who represented Dawakin Kudu/Warawa federal constituency of Kano state, died on Friday after a period of illness. He was 66 years of age.
