MacArthur Foundation launches ‘Nigeria Next’ to boost youth inclusion, innovation, civic participation
The MacArthur Foundation has unveiled Nigeria Next, a new initiative aimed at investing in young Nigerians through digital inclusion, innovation, civic participation, and policy reform.
The foundation said the programme is designed to support young people in driving social and economic change, while expanding their access to opportunities in a rapidly evolving digital and civic landscape.
According to details published on the MacArthur website, Nigeria Next will deploy a mix of grants, impact investments, and thought leadership to address structural barriers limiting young people’s access to technology, economic opportunities, and governance spaces.
