Hama Batta Commissions 4.8Km Demsa Road Built by Gov Fintiri’s Administration

The new 4.8-kilometer road stretching from Demsa town to Old Demsa constructed by the Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri administration has been commissioned on Friday.

Hama Batta, Homun Alhamdu Gladstone Teneke who performed the ceremony which held in Demsa local government area described the project as magnificent.

The royal father commended Governor Umaru Fintiri for building the road which he noted will alleviate the suffering of the commuters and stimulate economic activities in the area.

Speaking on the newly commissioned cottage Hospital in Demsa, Hama Batta, expressed the conviction that with the state-of-the-art equipment installed in the edifice, the hospital will serve as a referral centre in the area.

He vowed that the Governor Fintiri’s efforts in the area will no doubt be reciprocated by the Chiefdom and people through making sure the community lives in peace for the benefits of the state.

In his remarks, the ommissioner of Works and Energy, Alhaji Adamu Atiku Abubakar said the road flaged off last year, was completed ahead of scheduled timeframe and thanked Demsa community for its support to seamless construction.
