Asher Adeniyi, co-founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of EaziPay, an employee management technology firm, says the human resources (HR) profession is vital to President Bola Tinubu’s bid to achieve a $1 trillion economy by 2030.
Adeniyi, represented by Fortune Kolawole, head of marketing and strategy, told TheCable, at the HR Power Circle organised by EaziPay on Thursday in Lagos, that HR professionals help companies that will grow the economy hire the best talent and retain them.
