The Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, Senator Abubakar Kyari, extends warm greetings to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Vice President Kashim Shettima, and all Muslims across Nigeria on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
Senator Kyari urges Muslims to use the auspicious occasion to foster greater solidarity and togetherness by offering prayers for peace, unity, and stability in the country.
“Eid-el-Kabir is a time of sacrifice as enshrined in Islam. Let us, therefore, demonstrate this spirit of sacrifice by supporting the weak and poor among us while also praying for the success of the current administration,”
As the rainy season begins, the Minister assures Farmers that the government is working diligently to ensure that critical farming inputs such as fertilisers and seeds are readily available and affordable across the country.
