Former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar has cautioned against financial inducement in the 2027 presidential election.
Atiku, the presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), spoke on Wednesday at a meeting with leaders of his campaign council and Kaduna executives of the party at his residence in Abuja.
Kola Ologbondiyan, director of media and publicity of the ADC presidential campaign council, said in a statement that Atiku spoke about his longstanding relationship with Kaduna, noting that the state would be central to the party’s strategy for the 2027 elections.
