Ahmed Aliyu, governor of Sokoto, says governors from the north-west geopolitical zone will not negotiate with bandits.
Aliyu spoke on Friday during the inauguration of the Yandaki–Shinkafi–Kofar Sauri road, constructed by Dikko Radda, governor of Katsina state.
