The African Democratic Congress (ADC) says the latest inflation figures released by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) show that President Bola Tinubu’s economic reforms are not addressing the rising cost of food in Nigeria.
In a statement by Bolaji Abdullahi, its national publicity secretary, the party said the decline in headline inflation from 15.91 percent in June to 15.43 percent in July did not reflect the economic reality facing ordinary Nigerians.
