Bashir Sai’du, former chief of staff to Nasir el-Rufai, ex-Kaduna governor, has pledged to deliver the Zazzau emirate to the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2027 elections.
Sai’du, a former commissioner for finance and political ally of el-Rufai, spoke when Isa Lawal, special adviser to the president on domestic affairs, visited him at his residence.
