Nigeria Opens Door to Poland for Defence, Digital Economy and Agriculture Deals

Vice President Kashim Shettima has hosted the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Affairs of the Republic of Poland, Dr. Krzysztof Gawkowski, at his office in the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

During the meeting, Shettima said Nigeria is ready for business and open to stronger partnerships with Poland under the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

He noted that both countries can deepen cooperation across key sectors, including defence, digital economy, agriculture, and other areas where Poland has shown strong comparative advantage.

The Vice President said Nigeria remains committed to building strategic relationships that will support economic growth, technology development, investment, and national security.

The meeting reflects ongoing efforts by the Tinubu administration to strengthen international partnerships and attract meaningful investment into Nigeria.
