Festus Keyamo, minister of aviation and aerospace development, has directed the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) and other industry agencies to obtain payment schedules from airlines for their outstanding debts.
The schedules are to be spread over a reasonable timeframe, taking into account the airlines’ operating costs and current economic realities
