The Kabiru Turaki-led faction of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) says the supreme court has the final say on the internal leadership dispute within the party, not the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Ini Ememobong, national publicity secretary of the faction, said in a statement on Monday that the Turaki-led PDP had already approached the supreme court to seek a final verdict on the party leadership affairs.
