The Police Command in Kaduna State has restricted heavy-duty vehicles in Kaduna metropolis from midnight to 8 p.m. on Saturday ahead of President Bola Tinubu’s visit.
Mr Tinubu is expected in Kaduna with other top government officials for the inaugural launching of All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential campaign rally.
