President Bola Tinubu has appointed Yusuf Bichi, immediate past director-general of the Department of State Services (DSS) as the chairman of the governing board of the National Institute for Security Studies (NISS).
A statement by Lilian Omo-Odigwe, NISS director of coordination and liaison, said Tinubu approved the appointment on the recommendation of Oluwatosin Ajayi, the current director-general of DSS.
