Ali Ndume, senator representing Borno south, says politicians should embrace discipline, responsibility and accountability, rather than use young people to advance personal political interests.
Ndume spoke on Monday when he received leaders of the Shani community in Borno state, who visited his office at the national assembly complex to express support for his bid to return to the senate.
Musa Lubo, chairman of the Shani community, and leader of the delegation, said the visit was at the instance of the Emir of Shani to appreciate Ndume’s efforts to attract development projects to the area.
