With time, people are getting comfortable with the idea of seeing couples engaged in PDA. However, the general sentiment is still against the display of affection publicly. But engaging in PDA on a moving vehicle like a scooter or bike is risking one’s life and the lives of others. Recently, a Kota couple was arrested for risking their lives while engaging in PDA on a speeding bike. A video of the couple apologising for the act has been going viral on X.
In the viral video, the couple can be seen holding their ears and apologising for engaging in a public display of affection (PDA) while riding a motorcycle at an excessive speed. In the video, they can also be seen saying that they will never commit such acts in the future. The video was shared on an X account named @ManojSh28986262.
The video gained traction on social media, with numerous individuals criticising the couple for their irresponsible and indecent behaviour. Responding to the video, the Kota Police wrote, “The team of Kota City Police Station Nanta arrested a young man and woman who were doing obscene acts on a moving motorcycle. Kota city police is always ready to serve you.” In the tweet, the police informed that they registered FIR no. 122/24 under section 294A IPC in the case. The police have also taken legal action against the accused Mohammad Waseem and the girl along with the motorcycle.
The viral video sparked an uproar on social media platforms, where users expressed their outrage. Many users criticised the duo for their irresponsible and obscene conduct.
