Troops of the Nigerian Army’s 17 Brigade, in collaboration with operatives of the Nigeria Police Force, have rescued seven kidnapped victims, including six female students of the Federal University Dutsin-Ma (FUDMA), in Katsina State. The victims were rescued along the Dayi–Malumfashi Road following a joint operation by the security forces.
The successful operation underscores the continued efforts of the Nigerian Army and the Nigeria Police Force to protect citizens, disrupt criminal activities and rescue victims of kidnapping across the country. The rescued victims are currently receiving necessary attention as security agencies continue efforts to track down and apprehend the perpetrators.
