A letter circulating online, purportedly issued by Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani, claims that ₦2.3 trillion has been budgeted and released for the successful execution of the APC presidential campaign flag-off rally in Kaduna.
Dated October 18, 2026, the letter is addressed to Senator Abdulaziz Yari, Director-General of the APC Presidential Campaign Council, and titled
Notification for Adequate Preparations for the Grand Rally Flag-Off.
According to the document, Kaduna State has made arrangements to host President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the campaign rally, which it describes as an opportunity to demonstrate political strength, popular support, and organizational capacity ahead of the election.
