The vice-presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, Rotimi Amaechi, says he will resign from office if Nigerians do not begin to feel a positive change within one year of an ADC administration led by Atiku Abubakar.
He expressed optimism that an ADC government would prioritise the welfare of Nigerians and improve the living conditions of citizens.
