The stage is set in Owerri, Imo State, for the Conference and Retreat for Senior Police Officers.
The Inspector-General of Police, Olatunji Disu on arrival headed straight to the venue to assess preparations for the high-level gathering.
Among the places he inspected were the conference facilities, the event’s visual and ceremonial arrangements; including portraits of the Special Guest, the host Governor and former Inspectors-General of Police.
After the inspection IGP Disu expressed satisfaction with the level of preparedness as the Force puts final arrangements in place to host senior police officers from across the country.
