Dangote Refinery has reportedly secured approval from Nigeria’s Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to proceed with its planned initial public offering (IPO), with its shares priced at ₦525 each.

The move will allow members of the public and institutional investors to acquire a stake in the refinery as it progresses towards becoming a publicly traded company.

The IPO represents a major milestone for Dangote Refinery and could provide Nigerians and other investors with an opportunity to participate in the ownership of one of Africa’s largest oil refineries.

The development is expected to attract significant interest from investors as the company moves closer to listing its shares on the Nigerian capital market.
