Dele Bashiru-Kaka, newly elected chairman of the Nigerian Community Greater Manchester (NCGM), has pledged to promote transparency, inclusivity and quality leadership in the community.
Bashiru-Kaka, who succeeded Abiola Kumoye, also unveiled an institutional reform agenda aimed at positioning diaspora-led development alongside global multilateral frameworks.
