The Citizens Democratic Alliance (CDA) has accused the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of failing to comply with the judgement of the Abuja federal high court directing it to register the association as a political party.
On June 23, Obiora Egwuatu, the presiding judge, ordered INEC to issue a certificate of registration to the CDA within seven days.
