The Ogun state ministry of education, science and technology has banned graduation ceremonies and end-of-session parties in public and private schools across the state.
The directive was contained in a circular issued on Wednesday by A.A. Bisiriyu, director of education, on behalf of the permanent secretary of the ministry, and addressed to administrators of all public and private schools.
