Three members of the house of representatives from Oyo state, Najimdeen Oyedeji, representing the Iseyin/Itesiwaju/Kajola/Iwajowa federal constituency; Adedeji Olajide of the Ibadan north-west/south-west constituency; and Abass Adigun of the Ibadan north-east/south-east constituency, have resigned from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
TheCable earlier reported that two members of the green chamber from the state — Anthony Adepoju, representing the Ibarapa central/north federal constituency; and Ojo Makanjuola, representing the Ogo-Oluwa/Surulere federal constituency — announced their resignation from the PDP over lingering legal battles and unresolved internal conflicts.
