The National Headquarters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has officially received a large number of decampees into its fold in Adamawa State.
The high-powered delegation was led by the Deputy National Chairman (North), Hon. Bukar Dalori, the National Vice Chairman (North-East), Comrade Salihu Mustapha, and the National Vice Chairman (North-Central), Alhaji Muazu Bawa Rijau, representing the national leadership of the party and the Adamawa APC Leader, National Security Adviser Mallam Nuhu Ribadu.
Among those who joined the party was a prominent political figure and stakeholder in Adamawa politics, Baba Joel Madaki, alongside thousands of other supporters who pledged allegiance to the APC.
The event, held at the Mahmud Ribadu Square in Yola, attracted a massive turnout of APC supporters, party leaders, and stakeholders from across the state.
In his remarks, Comrade Salihu Mustapha reaffirmed the APC’s commitment to fairness, justice, and inclusiveness, assuring that both old and new members will be treated equitably. He also reiterated the party’s unwavering loyalty to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, NSA Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, and the national leadership of the APC.
Speaking on behalf of the National Chairman of the party, Professor Nentawe Yilwatda, Hon. Bukar Dalori expressed optimism that, by the grace of Almighty Allah, the APC will reclaim Adamawa State in the forthcoming elections.
The event was graced by dignitaries including former deputy governors, former federal and state legislators, and other key stakeholders of the party.
