The governor Niger state Abubakar Bello says bandits have killed a total of 220 residents within 17 days.

The governor speaking with state house correspondents after he met President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday at the presidential villa.

President Muhammadu Buhari  asked the Military to fiercely deal with the bandits.
