NDC Vice-Presidential Candidate Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso has urged Nigerians to prepare for the 2027 elections, saying the widespread anger across the country is driven by hardship and poor governance.
Speaking at the “Obi Talks Nigeria” town hall in Port Harcourt, Kwankwaso said many Nigerians are struggling with hunger, lack of purchasing power, poor roads, inadequate access to healthcare and insecurity, particularly in Northern Nigeria.
He said history has shown that an incumbent government can be defeated, urging Nigerians and NDC supporters to work purposefully towards the 2027 elections.
The event was attended by NDC presidential candidate Peter Obi, Rivers State governorship candidate Dumo Lulu-Briggs, party leaders, members of the Obidient and Kwankwasiyya movements and other supporters.
