The National Security Adviser, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, and the National Vice Chairman (North East) of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Comrade Mustapha Salihu, have donated food items to victims of the recent flood disaster in Yola South Local Government Area of Adamawa State.

The items, which include rice, spaghetti, noodles, vegetable oil, and others , were distributed to some of the affected victims during a brief ceremony held in Yola.

Furthermore, additional food and relief materials are being mobilized, while a committee has been inaugurated to ensure house-to-house distribution to all affected households.

NSA Nuhu Ribadu and Comrade Mustapha Salihu are expected to visit Yola soon to commiserate with the victims.

A total of 23 lives were lost, and many people were displaced as a result of the flood, which occurred in the early hours of Sunday, July 27, 2025.
