In a grand display of tradition, Nile University of Nigeria (https://www.nileuniversity.edu.ng/) matriculated over 3,000 students across eight faculties in its just concluded 15th Matriculation Ceremony on 22nd May 2024.
Addressing the audience of students and parents, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dilli Dogo FNAMed, reflected on the recent remarkable achievements of Nile University, including the construction of a STEM Lab building to promote technological innovation, a Student Center to enhance the provision of student support services including employability, guidance and counselling, etc., and new hostels to boost on-campus housing options, among others. The Vice-Chancellor further mentioned the accreditation of all academic programs at Nile University, highlighting the university’s dedication to delivering a world-class academic experience for students.
He also stated the university’s high-profile collaborations with reputable international and Nigerian public and private sector organizations such as the Association of Chartered Accountants (ACCA), all aimed at boosting student employability and global competitiveness.
He concluded by encouraging matriculants to take advantage of the limitless opportunities available in Nile University and avoid vices that could mar their stay at the university.
The 15th Matriculation ceremony was a resounding success as enthusiastic matriculants pledged their commitment to the university’s core values, officially becoming bona fide students of Nile University.
