Niger State Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago has extolled the virtues of the Speaker of the State House of Assembly and member representing Mariga Constituency, AbdulMalik Sarkin Daji, on his 44th birthday, describing him as a man with immense leadership qualities.
The governor, in a birthday message through a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, also described the Speaker as a young, lively, intelligent, resourceful, and dynamic leader who has used his leadership qualities to hold the House of Assembly together in the last two years.

He observed that the Speaker, through his dexterity and clear vision in line with the New Niger Agenda, has been able to galvanise the state lawmakers towards making quality legislation that has engendered rapid development and fostered collaboration with other arms of government in the state.

The governor maintained that the passion and commitment of the celebrant to selfless service for the state and humanity has made the 10th Assembly vibrant and enthusiastic in discharging its duties effectively and efficiently.

He commended the Speaker for the support his administration is enjoying from the 10th State Assembly, saying it is a reflection of a cordial relationship and synergy, and promised to strengthen the relationship to ensure the realisation of the New Niger Agenda, which seeks to provide better living conditions for the people of the state.

The governor congratulated the celebrant on his 44th birthday and prayed for more years ahead, filled with good health, strength, wisdom, and astonishing achievements as he continues to serve selflessly.
