Benue State Governor, Hyacinth Alia, has commissioned a presidential campaign office in Wurukum, Makurdi, to mobilise support for President Bola Tinubu and Vice-President Kashim Shettima ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The governor said the office would serve as a coordination centre for APC leaders, members, volunteers, youths and women working towards the party’s victory.
Alia praised Tinubu for supporting Benue’s efforts to restore peace, rebuild infrastructure and create opportunities for residents. He urged party supporters to listen to the concerns of communities and make them central to their political engagements.
The governor also reaffirmed his commitment to Tinubu and Shettima’s re-election, while seeking another term for himself and his deputy, Sam Ode.
