Addressing criticism regarding the recent influx of opposition members and governors into the APC, Senator Basiru challenged accusers to provide concrete proof to back up claims of bribery and financial inducement.
Defending the character of politicians aligned with the party, Basiru noted that suggesting defectors join solely for monetary gain undermines the integrity of political actors across party lines.
