According to a report by Vanguard, the Federal High Court has fixed November 20 for its ruling on an application by Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), seeking to amend his suit against President Bola Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Justice Inyang Ekwo scheduled the date after lawyers representing the parties adopted their respective court processes and presented arguments supporting and opposing the application.
Atiku’s counsel, Mr Joseph Silas, represented the former vice-president during the proceedings, while lawyers for the defendants argued against the request to amend the suit.
