ADAMAWA STATE GOVERNOR FINTIRI DECLARES A THREE DAY MOURNING IN HONOUR OF BAMAGA TUKUR, FLAGS AT HALF MAST

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has declared a three day mourning period in honour of late Bamanga Tukur.

In a statement by the his chief press secretary Hmwashi wonosikou Governor Fintiri says during the period all flags shall fly at half mast in recognition of his contributions to the state and the nation at large.

The Governor describes the death of Bamanga Tukur as a great loss to the nation considering his patriotism and commitment to public service which earned him a place of honour in national history

He extends his condolences to the family, associates and the entire people of Adamawa state praying Allah to grant his soul into jannatil Firdaus.

The guardian
